Cornering Clean in Neon Drift Circuit

Neon Drift Circuit is easy to play badly and hard to play well, which is exactly why we kept coming back. The gap between a sloppy lap and a clean one is all in the corners.

The key thing we learned: brake before the turn, not during it. Tapping the brake a beat early sets up the drift, and then it's all about holding the line. Fighting the car mid-corner just kills your speed.

We also switched to tilt controls after a few races. It felt strange for maybe ten minutes, then became second nature and far more precise than tapping. If touch isn't working for you, give tilt a real shot.

Finally, learn the tracks. The later circuits punish blind corners, so a couple of practice laps pays off. Once we memorized the tricky sections, our times dropped fast and the whole game opened up.
